Wrong, but eventually stumbles upon sweet, charming, and attentive Mr. Right, who was usually right under her nose the whole time.

It came to my attention that on November 22nd, Hallmark premiered a new movie, &#;The Christmas House,&#; featuring a homosexual lead couple for the first time. The official summary states the feature &#;follows Brandon and his husband Jake as they visit Brandon’s parents for the holidays. The couple spends the time anxiously awaiting a call about the adoption of their first child.&#;

I was eating breakfast with a Christian friend recently and I mentioned the movie in question with some remarks about it being symbolic of how society is increasingly accepting of lgbtq+ relationships and gay &#;marriages&#; as normal. It struck me as significant that the Hallmark Channel, widely viewed as a bastion of &#;goodness&#; and &#;morality,&#; had finally acquiesced to the LGBT agenda drumbeat.

My friend takes a unlike view and believes that, since we are all sinners, it&#;s no more objectionable for Hallmark to portray homosexuals in relationships tha

&#;This is the first time we&#;ve had a gay wedding on Hallmark as the lead storyline,&#; Bennett said. &#;And that&#;s a giant move for the gay community so they can witness themselves represented in these stories.&#;

The Christmas House is Hallmark’s first ever Gay movie. If you’ve ever seen a Hallmark movie, you realize that they are all about romance, family, holidays, and some comedy, so the fact that it took Hallmark this prolonged to make a LGBTQ+ feature is surprising. I’ve seen many Hallmark movies with my grandma, and most of these movies are pretty cheesy and made for an older audience. Since a lot of the older generation still does not realize the LGBTQ+ community, it could explain why it took Hallmark so long to make a movie starring a gay nature. The Christmas House is about a family with two mature person sons, one who is an actor on a soon-to-be cancelled TV show, and the other who is in a lesbian relationship. The family has a tradition of doing a Christmas house, where they decorate their house with as many lights and candy canes and decorations as you can imagine and people come by to attend it throughout the holiday season. It usually takes a month to do, but they’re now cramming it into a couple of weeks, since they decided to do it last minute. Thr

What’s better than one new Hallmark movie? How about three! The Groomsmen Trilogy is about to be your fall fixation, with three installations coming this October.

The Groomsmen Trilogy, staring Tyler Hynes, Jonathan Bennett and B.J. Britt, takes viewers on the journey of a lifetime as three best friends come together to rejoice their wedding days in the breathtaking destinations of Greece, Italy and Bulgaria. Each film in the trilogy tells a story of love and friendship from a man&#;s perspective. The trilogy is also set to make history, featuring Hallmark&#;s first head gay wedding.

To talk about the film, Hynes, Bennett, and Britt joined GLAAD&#;s Anthony Allen Ramos.

Jonathan Bennett, who starred in the GLAAD Media Award nominated Hallmark films The Holiday Sitter and Christmas on Cherry Lane, also serves as an executive producer on the film. He shares that, &#;The Groomsmen came about because I got married two years ago and I had groomsmen in my wedding. Before that, I was a groomsman in three or four of my other best friends wedding and that they hap
